  • Return requests raised after 3 days will not be accepted.

  • Only ready-made jewellery is eligible for return.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, along with original packaging, invoice, and certificates (if applicable).
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-order jewellery
  • Products resized, engraved, or altered at the customer’s request
  • Discounted or clearance sale items (if applicable)

4. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact our customer support team within 3 days of delivery.
  • Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
  • Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Making charges, shipping fees, and taxes may be non-refundable, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect item delivered.

6. Manufacturing Defects or Wrong Delivery

  • In case of manufacturing defects or incorrect product delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • We will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund at no additional cost.

7. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Any price difference must be settled before processing the exchange.

8. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
